Refund/Exchange Policy

In-person Purchases: ALL purchases are non-refundable & non-exchangeable 

Online Orders:

• NO RETURNS or EXCHANGES on any sale items, or beaded abayas. Please ensure you follow size guide and email/DM us if you have any questions about sizing. 
• EXCHANGES ONLY on essential abayas. Customers can exchange their abaya for different size, not color/style. Customers must contact us within 3 days of receiving their shipment to initiate the exchange process. If you do not contact us prior to exchange or if we do not consent your exchange you will not be entitled to one. 
• The returned item must be shipped back to us within 3 days from the date of customer contact.
• No exceptions will be made to the 3-day exchange window or to the 3 day return shipping period.
• The customer will be responsible for all shipping costs if an exchange is needed. ALL items must be unworn and in original package. 

Our abayas come with complimentary hijabs, provided at no extra cost.  In the unlikely scenario where a hijab is found to be defective, please understand that it's not considered a fault or defect in your order.  Therefore, partial refunds won't apply to this complimentary item.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

Shipments outside of the USA may incur custom fees depending on the destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits and other factors. International customers are responsible for any customs duty fees that may be incurred upon delivery of their orders. These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs displayed at checkout on our website.

We advise all international customers to familiarize themselves with their country's customs regulations and potential duty fees before placing an order with us. Failure to pay these fees may result in delay's or return of the package to us. In the event that you refuse to pay duty fees and package gets sent back to us, we will not be responsible for refunding your order.
