Return & Exchange Policy
• Beaded Abayas: Final sale — no returns or exchanges.
• Eligible Items: Each product page will state if the item can be returned or exchanged.
Process & Timeframe
• You must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order to request a return or exchange.
• Once approved, the item must be shipped back within 3 days. Items must be returned in their original condition with all tags attached and placed in the same bag they came in.
• Customers are responsible for all shipping costs.
• Returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee.
Condition of Items
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all ribbons/tags attached.
• If the ribbon is missing, or if there are signs of wear, alterations, or damage, the item will not be eligible.
• All returns/exchanges will be inspected, and we reserve the right to approve or deny based on condition.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
Shipments outside of the USA may incur custom fees depending on the destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits and other factors. International customers are responsible for any customs duty fees that may be incurred upon delivery of their orders. These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs displayed at checkout on our website.
We advise all international customers to familiarize themselves with their country's customs regulations and potential duty fees before placing an order with us. Failure to pay these fees may result in delay's or return of the package to us. In the event that you refuse to pay duty fees and package gets sent back to us, we will not be responsible for refunding your order.
